We are looking for a commercial property manager who wants to be part of developing our large property portfolio at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Here, you will utilize your entire palette of experience and knowledge in how to create success through leasing and developing commercial spaces.

What does the role entail?

As a Commercial Property Manager at Swedavia, you are responsible for maximizing the potential of our premises. At Stockholm Arlanda Airport, we have 18 million square meters of various spaces, ranging from hangars and terminals to offices, workshops, and leases. Here, your creativity will come into play to find solutions for a variety of needs that exist at an airport where more than 15,000 people work in operations that run around the clock every day of the year.

Your responsibilities

• Customer and revenue responsibility for your customer segment
• Identify and develop new sources of income and strengthen collaboration with current customers
• Lead negotiations in Swedish and English
• Draft, finalize, and negotiate commercial lease agreements with both new and existing customers
• Expertise in our business products and processes, as well as insights into market trends, are crucial for us to remain market leaders
• Opportunity to work closely with our development projects. Swedavia also leads and manages its own tenant adaptations
• Collaborate with colleagues in various groups to develop and create the best conditions for leasing our premises

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven and enjoys having many customer contacts. You appreciate collaboration with other departments and enjoy working in teams and having many points of contact daily.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Relevant degree, either in Property Management or Real Estate Brokerage
• At least 5-10 years of experience in commercial property management
• Good knowledge of rental law and contract law
• Experience in budget work and process-oriented working methods
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus
• Good experience working in IT-based property systems
• Strong communication skills, as well as a humble and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to collaborate and find solutions, as customer dialogue is central to this role
